What is a corporate apartment?

A corporate apartment provides all of the furniture, linens, soft goods, and basic cleaning supplies in an apartment. A flat rental rate is paid monthly and includes the resident's water, trash, sewer, basic cable, high-speed internet, phone for local calls, and up to $150 for heat and electricity. A 90 day minimum lease is required. Corporate housing can be found at Donegal Centre, Donegal Pointe, and Royal Oak Apartments.

What is a furnished apartment?

A furnished apartment provides all of the furniture and soft goods in an apartment. Rental rates include water, heat, sewer, and trash. A 90 day minimum lease is required.  Properties with furnished apartments include Bridgewood, Concorde, and Windsor Heights.
