CR Lloyd and Associates has been at the fore front of many of Sioux Falls' largest retail developments. From the Meadows on the River, Dawley Farms and 57th Street retail centers.
All of these developments were a collaboration with land owners who owned the site and wanted to sell or joint venture with CR Lloyd & Associates as the development arm of Lloyd Companies.
- Meadows on the River (South Louise Avenue) - Land was purchase from Swenson family and joint ventured with Swenson Family.
- Dawley Farm (East Side on Arrowhead Parkway) – Dawley family joint ventured and purchase of some of the property from the Dawley family.
- 57th Louise to 57th and Western – We purchased some sites and owned others. We worked on the marketing and leasing of several of these sites.
